CRADLE SONG

 

This piece was part of my 2012-2013 residency with The Master Singers.  Premiered at their Lessons and Carols concert, this piece sings to a newborn in their cradle at night.  Accompanied by flute, oboe, and clarinet, the choral parts represent two parents singing their child to sleep. This is sure to touch any parents, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or cousin that has watched a child grow up right before their eyes.
